Protector Services.

MAS+ can serve as protector of the trust and as such work closely with the family to ensure protection now and in the future, as well as legal agility when needed.

During the structuring stage of the trust, we listen to the family’s wishes to determine the degree of protection desired and work with the family to determine which rights to reserve under the trust. During the life of the trust, as protectors, MAS+ ensures the family’s goals are met.
